Scheduling Appointments

To schedule an appointment for all locations, please call (816) 561-2000 and Press 2 for our scheduling department.

Please click on Patient Forms to print the required forms for your appointment. It is important for you to complete all patient information sections before your scheduled appointment and bring them with you.

Canceling Appointments

We require 72-hour notice for cancellation of procedure appointments because of the time reserved for you. We appreciate your thoughtfulness in letting us know, so we may offer the time to another patient. Without 72-hour advance notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00.

Hours

Our main office and endoscopy center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
